Tips från Stefan Jofors!

Min vän och f d antagonist i tv-serien Mullvaden Stefan Jofors har gett mig följande tips:

Hallo there Emil, Looks good. Generally I can recommend concentrating on basic exercises for the first year. Try to get your strenght up. Us as much weight as you can while still not cheating on performance. The back is most important, then legs, shoulders and chest in that order. Arms and all that will sort themselves out if you concentrate on adding mass and getting the strenght up. And you might want to do something about your diet.... Else I think that it's great that you have gotten started, keep it up!
